This event will serve as closure of our 20th Anniversary year and a roadmap for our future together.

Both the 2025 Sales Summit in January and 2025 Leadership Summit in May will be held in Houston, Texas, at Hotel ZaZa in Houston's Museum District.

    • Please share all itinerary details (including final costs for budget purposes) for approval with the Summit Planning Team by November 8, 2024 as we will be coordinating transportation to and from the Houston airport.

  • Please adhere to a $400 per person roundtrip maximum (inclusive of fees, bag costs, and regardless of class)

  • No, the Summit Planning team will book all hotel accommodations on your behalf.

  • Yes, at your own expense. Our group rate is available 3 days pre and post meeting, based on hotel availability. Please reach out to the Summit Planning Team if you'd like to inquire further.

  • Hotel ZaZa is equidistant from both Houston airports, 12 miles (30-40 minute drive) from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and 12 miles (20-30 minute drive) from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). 

  • The closest hospital to Hotel ZaZa is Houston Methodist Hospital, located about 1 mile away, which is a 5-minute drive.

  • Ground transportation will be provided to and from both Houston airports (IAH and HOU). 

  • Yes, sessions assigned on your personal agenda are mandatory to attend. We have a tight schedule, so each session will start and end on time. Please avoid all disruptions, such as leaving your seat before the session is over or answering your phone. 

    In recognition of participant comfort levels, we have included sufficient break times in-between sessions. Please make use of restroom visits during breaks, turn off all mobile devices and remain in your seat for the session’s duration. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration of others!

  • Yes, we will have meeting rooms available to use during the day if you need to take a call or a meeting.

  • Yes, we will have a headshot photographer on-site and a sign-up sheet for anyone who wishes to have their photo taken.

    • Round-trip flights and round-trip ground transportation to and from Houston airports

    • Food and beverage during Access-sponsored events: Breakfast, Lunch, Break Snacks, Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner

  • The dress code at Summit will be business casual. Jeans are acceptable and business dress/semi-formal attire is recommended for the Awards dinner. Given the cool weather, layers are recommended.
